Can I book a trip using your mobile application?

AWG Ambassador is proud to present iRide AWG, designed to make your bookings even easier while you are on the go. Our free app is available for download for your Android and iPhone smartphones.

What are your minimums?

A 1-hour minimum is applicable for point to point transfer from/to most central Las Vegas, Downtown, and Strip locations. Stops in addition to point transfers are billed in 30-minute increments, and fuel is billed hourly. Other minimums will apply for off-Strip/Downtown locations, selected vehicle types, as well as special events and holidays.

How far in advance do I need to book a reservation?

Services are booked on a first come first served basis. If you require group transportation or services on a specific date and time, we highly recommend securing your reservation with us as soon as possible.

Can I request a specific make/model year?

We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type. However, we will make note of all requests and make every effort to meet your requirements.

Is smoking permitted in any of your vehicles?

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles by clients of chauffeurs. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied for in-vehicle smoking.

Will you supply champagne and other alcoholic beverages for special events?

AWG Ambassador does not possess a liquor license; therefore, we are unable to supply alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own beverages onboard or drop them off ahead of time, and your chauffeur will stock the vehicle for you.

I need to make last minute changes to my itinerary. Who do I call?

Our VIP Reservation Specialists and Dispatch Agents are available 24- hours a day, seven days a week at 702-740-3434.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is Gratuity Included?

A suggested 20% chauffeur gratuity is accounted for in our inclusive pricing. If you believe services rendered do not warrant such gratuity, we want to know. At AWG Ambassador, we take pride in being the best in the business, and your feedback is always welcome.

What is your billing procedure and when will credit cards be processed?

We require a valid credit card and photo identification at the time of booking. An authorization will be placed on your credit card twenty-four to forty-eight hours before your scheduled pickup time. The credit card used to secure the reservation will be charged at the conclusion of service.

What time should I arrive at the airport to catch my flight?

The recommended arrival time for domestic flights is 2 hours before your flight and 3 hours for international flights.

If my flight comes in early or late how will the driver know?

We track all flights, and our internal system automatically alerts us when a flight isn’t arriving on schedule.

Will I be charged if my flight arrives late?

No, you will not be charged if your flight arrives late. We will monitor your flight and make the appropriate adjustments for your pickup time.

Where do I meet my chauffer after being picked up at McCarran International Airport?

Terminal 1 – at the bottom of the escalator. Terminal 3 – at the baggage carousel.

What if I am unable to locate my chauffeur?

Our chauffeurs routinely arrive on location 15 minutes before scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please call our Dispatch Agents at 702-740-3402 for assistance.

Why is the amount charged different from the amount I was quoted?

The inclusive rate you were quoted was based on the information provided at the time your reservation was made. Additional charges can result from changes to your service during your trip, such as; extra stops, waiting time, or extending the duration of your charter. If you do not feel that you had any additional services, please call us at 702-740-3434 to review your charges.
